Do I need to be fit to start CrossFit?

Absolutely not! Every workout is fully scalable, we meet you where you’re at and help you build from there.

How do i join?

Start with a free “No Sweat Intro”, it’s a relaxed chat and a look around. From there, we’ll help you pick the best membership option.

can i try a class before committing?

We don’t offer free trials, but our £12 drop in is a great way to experience a class with no pressure.

Classes & Booking

how do i book into classes?

All classes are booked through our app (WodBoard). Once you join, you’ll get full access and instructions.

what if i’m late or can’t make it?

Please cancel off the class through the app, or send us a message to let us know you’ll be a little late

what should i bring?

Comfortable workout gear, water, and a positive attitude! We’ll provide everything else.

training & Coaching

what kind of workouts do you do?

Each day is different. We combine weightlifting, cardio, and bodyweight movements in a way that’s fun and challenging, and always coach led.

will someone help me with technique?

Yes! Our qualified coaches are hands on and supportive! We’ll help you move well and safely at all times.

do you offer personal training?

Yes, we offer one-to-one and small group PT. Great for building confidence or targeting specific goals.

kids, teens & families

do you offer classes for teens?

Yes! We run Teen CrossFit classes 3x per week. Perfect for building fitness, confidence, and fun movement skills.

Can parents and kids train together?

We offer separate class times for teens and adults, but if you’re both members, you can train during Open Gym together where suitable.

Drop ins & visitors

I’m just visiting, can i join a class?

Absolutely! Drop ins are £12 per class (or £20 for one week drop in).
