Special programmes at crossfit keighley!

At CrossFit Keighley, we offer more than just group classes, our special programmes give you the chance to focus on specific goals, work one-to-one with expert coaches, or explore new challenges in a supportive environment.

British weightlifting

Whether you’re new to Olympic Lifting or aiming to compete, our BWL affiliated coaching focuses on technique, power, and progression. We have classes every Tuesday at 7pm or you can work one-to-one with our BWL qualified coach.

Pre & postnatal training

Safe, supported training through every stage of pregnancy and beyond. We can help with tailored workouts based on your trimester or recovery stage, and help improve strength, posture and pelvic floor awareness. Sessions are run by our qualified pre and postnatal specialist as small group or one-to-one sessions.

Personal training

Get focused attention on your goals, from strength to rehab, technique or confidence building. We offer one-to-one or small group sessions and fully customised plans.

Hyrox & conditioning prep

Thinking of signing up for a Hyrox or endurance style event? Or just love pushing your engine? Our Hybrid classes will get you race ready! The classes focus on Hyrox specific WODs & sled work, and help to build grit, endurance and pacing strategies!
